Ms. MacGibbon is the former CEO of INV Metals, which owned the Loma Larga gold-copper-silver project in Ecuador. The Company had historical operations in various developing countires, including Ecuador, Namibia, Brazil, as well as Canada. Ms. MacGibbon oversaw the development and execution of media and stakeholder communication programs and government and legal stakeholder relations.
